- You can visit Hagia Sophia and the Basilica Cistern anytime during opening hours.
- Your Bosphorus Cruise ticket is valid for any hourly departure (10:00–18:00) from Eminönü Turyol Pier.
- Bosphorus Cruise departure point is at Eminönü across Spice Bazaar. Exact departure point and boat name will be sent along the tickets.
- Tickets and audio guide instructions are sent 1 day before at 18:00 (local time).
- For same-day bookings, tickets are sent immediately.
- Hagia Sophia ticket includes Upper Gallery access only. Ground floor is only for praying Muslims
- Dress code required for Hagia Sophia: women must cover hair; everyone must cover knees.
- Security checks cannot be skipped for any visitor.
