Your tickets & audio guides, in the form of a QR code, will be emailed to you one day before your visit. Please keep an eye on your inbox. For same-day reservations, your ticket will be sent immediately. Please follow the instructions in the email.
Openin hours: Hagia Sophia: Daily 9AM – 7PM, Fridays only 2PM – 7PM
Openin hours: Basilica Cistern: Daily 9AM – 7PM
For the Topkapi Palace ticket come to our meeting. Meet your host at the City Window kiosk inside the Topkapi Cafe. The Topkapi Cafe is located outside the Topkapi Palace, next to the Hagia Sophia Visiting Area and Tourism Police. *Entry Times are: 09:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12:00, 12:30, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00 ve 16:00
*Enter the Topkapi Palace and Harem with your host. *Do not leave the host, he will bring you inside Topkapi Palace and the Harem. *If you leave him, you can not enter Harem. *Traveling with children below 7 years? Please bring child passport.
For Basilica Cistern and Hagia Sophia, you can go straight to the entrance with your QR code tickets. You’ll receive your tickets and audio guide instructions via email from our partner Cosmic Tickets after 6 PM the day before your visit. Same-day bookings receive everything immediately. You may start at either attraction — tickets are valid all day during opening hours. For Topkapi Palace (no QR code entry), please go to the meeting point at Chimney Bistro, near the palace entrance. Entry is available daily (except Tuesdays) at 09:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12:00, 12:30, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00 ve 16:00.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
