Please note that the Land Rover Jeeps used during the safari have capacities of 9, 11, or 14 passengers. Guests weighing over 120 kg (265 lbs) are kindly requested to inform us in advance through their booking so that suitable seating arrangements can be organized. Throughout the tour, exciting water fights between the jeeps take place, therefore comfortable clothes that can get wet are highly recommended. The experience includes two swimming breaks, as well as free time to enjoy swimming at the aquapark. Entrance to Dim Cave is optional and requires an additional fee payable on the day of the tour. We recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and comfortable footwear. Children traveling with a free ticket are not entitled to a separate seat or meal and share the facilities provided by their accompanying family members. Tour routes, swimming stops, and timings may be adjusted due to weather conditions, traffic, or operational requirements.

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
