The tour runs daily from 14th November - 30th December (excluding 24th & 25th December). There are 3 departures points to choose from:
Big Bus Stop 12: London Eye (Westminster Bridge Road at the bus stop next to Lion Statue, outside London Marriot County Hall) at 4pm, 6pm and 8pm.
Big Bus Stop 30: Marble Arch (Park Lane, TfL Bus Stop L, near Speaker's Corner) at 4:05pm, 6.05pm and 8.05pm.
Big Bus Stop 1: Green Park (Next to the Ritz (by entry to Green Park Tube Station) at 5pm and 7pm.
The tour lasts approx. 90-minutes (non-stop).
Activate your ticket with a Big Bus Representative at Stop #1: Green Park Underground located at next to the Ritz (by entry to Green Park Tube Station).

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
