Driver is required to be above the age of 18, have a valid Drivers License and not be under the influence of Alcohol. Each seat has a 250LB weight capacity. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can go over boat/water instructions. Also tours leave on time if you are more than 10 min late we will leave without you and you will not get a refund. If an emergency please call us before and we can work something out. If we cancel tour due to weather conditions and you can’t reschedule we will 100% give you full refund. We will have shirts that say Hydrocats on the front and back, we will be next to the water with our hydrocats.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
