IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• On shared tours, the actual pick-up time will be within 45 minutes of your selected pick-up time
• Dune bashing is not suitable for pregnant women
• All desert safari drivers are well-trained and licensed
• Land Cruiser vehicles are fully insured
• The private option applies to pickup only
• In the open desert, for the safety of guests and vehicles, a minimum of 5 groups is required; this is as per the Dubai tourism authority
All required protective equipment is provided
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You will receive a mandatory temperature check
Pickup and drop-off is included from any hotel or residential building inside Dubai Central locations: Bur Dubai, Deira, Karama, Oud Metha, Al Qusais, Al Jafliya, Al Rashidya, Al Barsha, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Discovery Garden, Downtown, Business Bay, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Jumeirah, Sheikh Zayed Road.
Pick-up from Al Maha Resort, Bab Al Shams, Jebel Ali Resorts, Expo Village Hotels, Al Maktoum Area Hotels, Jebel Ali Palm Hotels, Dubai Parks hotels and resorts is on a private basis only with no sharing options.
Pickup is not available from the Hatta area or from locations outside Dubai.
