• The duration of the tour includes the pick-up and drop-off times.
• As per UAE law, the Grand Mosque remains closed during any Islamic festival.
• You will have around 1.30-1.45 hours to view the inside of the mosque.
• Women shall wear long, loose clothing, ensuring their arms and legs are fully covered with the head cover while visiting the mosque. For the mosque visit, the company provides a long, local abaya with a scarf (long black dress attire) for women if needed, which has to be returned.
• Men shall not show up above their knees and cover their shoulders, covering tattoos while visiting the mosque. Failure to do so will result in refusal of entry. Please note that the company does not provide clothes to men.
• The tour does not operate on Fridays during the Holy month of Ramadan.
• Free of charge if the infants do not occupy a seat.
• Children under 12 will be admitted only if there is an adult aged 16 and above accompanying them.
