This seasonal special (with only 12 tours running in the 2025 season) is led by experienced Belfast guide Michael. Enjoy a relaxed walking tour filled with light-hearted stories, local legends, quirky characters, and Yuletide traditions that bring the city’s holiday season to life.
We’ll wander through the heart of Belfast, taking in highlights such as the Big Fish, Custom House, the historic Entries, the Cathedral Quarter and Belfast City Hall. Along the way, enjoy cosy tavern stops, hear the tales behind the streets, and discover how Belfast celebrates Christmas past and present.

Do we have set pubs? Yes! I have a planned route and good pub connections, but Christmas can get busy, so I may switch venues to keep things cosy and smooth.
Running late? Message me through the app. We’ll stay at The Big Fish for the first 15 minutes before starting.
Dress code? Festive cheer welcome — Christmas jumpers encouraged! Avoid football, rugby, or GAA tops.
Food & drinks? No food included, but most pubs serve snacks. Drinks are pay-your-own-way.
Seating? Not guaranteed — let me know if you need accessibility seating.
Payment? Additional tips can be made via digital link, PayPal, Monzo, Revolut, or cash.
Kids? Allowed in most pubs until ~8pm; evening tours may have restrictions.
Behaviour? Keep it friendly and respectful — rowdiness may mean leaving the tour.
I will be in the compass rose directly in front of Belfast's Big Fish, just after the traffic lights. Look out for my bright blue backpack and festive Santa jumper!

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
