All participants who are 12 years and older must present a Reinforced Green Pass that is valid in the EU and has a verifiable QR code. Reinforced Green Passes can only be obtained by uploading either proof of full vaccination or proof of a Covid-19 infection within the last 6 months to either the Green Pass or Covid Certificate app
Please arrive 15 minutes before the activity starts. Your guide will meet you outside Cardiff Castle's main entrance. You will be able to spot them as they will either be carrying a Tours of the UK backpack, or will be wearing a Tours of the UK coat/hoodie

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
