Discover the basics of chocolate making, from working with chocolate to make simple, gorgeous ganache to how to professionally temper chocolate so you can work with it to create a whole gorgeous array of delights. Participants will take home approximately 300g of their own chocolate creations together with lots of hints and tips to be able to make chocolates easily at home.

This initial workshop explores working with chocolate, it's a perfect starter for any budding chocolatier or cake maker that wants to understand more about how chocolate works.

During the workshop you will:

Learn how to make your own traditional chocolate truffles
Prepare tempered chocolate for making truffles
Beautifully wrap your creations to take home and enjoy
Go home with recipes and your newly found chocolate making skills
What will you take away with you?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
