Ho Chi Minh: Giant Monster Fishing Day Tour GIANT MONSTER FISHING TOUR (1 day)

Experience the Vietnamese fishing style Giant fresh water catch fish challenging Catch & Release
6:30 am: Pick up guests at Ho Chi Minh city/ Dong Nai Province/ Ba Ria Vung Tau province and transfer to Bull Arena Fishing Park (88km – 2h30p).

8:30 am – 9:00 am: Arrive fishing pond and try to conquer the giant freshwater fishes. Our fishing area is more than 17,000 m2 with over 10,000 m2 of water surface, which also is home to the planet’s largest freshwater fish species.


Mekong giant catfish from 10-60 kg/fish
Mekong giant catfish (Pangasius) is a freshwater fish that lives in the lower Mekong region. With a length of up to 3 meters and a weight of up to 300 kg, Mekong catfish can be considered the largest freshwater fish in the world.

Asian carp from 10 – 20kg/ fish
The Asian carp is a species of cyprinid freshwater fish native to East Asia. It is a large fish; a typical length is 60 cm and a maximum observed size of 146 cm and 40 kg.

Siamese carp from 10-40 kg/fish
Siamese carp is the largest species of cyprinid in the world. These migratory fish are found only in Indochina Mekong river. It may reach 3 m (although this claimed maximum length needs confirmation) and weighs up to 300 kg.


Arapaima from 40 to 60 kg/fish
Arapaima is the world’s largest freshwater fish, reaching maximum 3m in length. When mature, the fish has an average weight of about 100–200 kg and a length of about 2m.

Alligator gar and Amazon redtail catfish from 10 – 20 kg/fish
12h00: having lunch, continue catching

17h00: depart back to the hotel.
