Create your own gin at Saigon's first craft distillery as expert guides walk you through copper stills, Vietnamese botanicals, and the full journey from raw ingredients to your personalized bottle.
Step inside the District 9 Distillery and experience firsthand how Saigon Baigur — Southeast Asia’s largest premium gin brand — is crafted in Ho Chi Minh City. Wander through the working distillery, see our stills in action, and discover the rare botanicals that define our signature Vietnamese spice-forward profile.

Then, take a seat at Vietnam’s only Gin School. Under the guidance of our distillers, you’ll create your own gin as a couple from scratch. Learn the secrets of Vietnamese botanicals, the science of distillation, and enjoy a refreshing gin cocktail as you work. Finally bottle and personalize your own bottle of gin for you to take home.

You will work together as a couple on 1 mini still and take home two 350ml bottles or one 700ml bottle as per your choice.

Your experience concludes in our tropical distillery garden with a final handcrafted cocktail at the bar — the perfect toast to your gin-making journey.

Optional transportation to Thao Dien Metro station, close to the center of Ho Chi Minh City, is included from where you can continue you your journey back to your hotel.

IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION
Guests will work as pairs of two on one still and be able to take home one 350ml bottle each. If you would like to work alone on a still and take home a 700ml bottle you will need to buy 2 tickets.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
