1). Under 1 meter: Free entry ticket
2). From 1 meter to 1.4 meters: Child rates apply
3). Over 1.4 meters: Adult rates apply
• Children under 140cm tall and children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Mikazuki Water Park 365 prohibits food and drinks that are not intended for use by children or people on special diets. However, eating at restaurants is permitted.
• Protect and safeguard your personal belongings. The Management Board is not responsible for any damage to private property that occurs within the Water Park.
• Always follow the instructions and guidance of staff in the sightseeing area, especially in emergencies.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited, except in designated areas.
Commercial filming and photography activities within Mikazuki Water Park 365 require prior approval from the Management Board.
• Show your voucher to enter Attractions.
• Please note, after your booking has been confirmed, you will need to receive another email at least 24 hours before the travel date containing a PDF ticket which you have to present in order to gain entry to the attraction. When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
