For Departure Flight. When you arrive the Airport, goes to Airline's check - in counter (to be informed to the customer's registered contact). Your host will meet and greets you and assist you to the customer's airline check-in counter including assists check - in, receives boarding passes and luggage tags. Your host will assist you through the security check and Immigration and custom gate. Due to security restrictions, concierge service is limited through customs and immigration Pre-Clearance. You must clear Immigration and customs on your own. Once you have cleared, your host will escort you up to the broading area or airport lounge. You will use Priority Gate to board the plane.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
