Our first stop is a traditional village known for its centuries-old expertise in casting gongs and producing bronze products. Prepare for a bit of hiking along the way, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes. Upon arriving at the WATERFALL, we'll have the opportunity to swim in the middle of nowhere. Afterward, we'll delight in a delectable home-cooked meal at the base of the hill, thoughtfully prepared by a local family. Continuing our adventure, we'll navigate through villages with rivers, paddy fields, local cemeteries, immersing ourselves in local countryside. Our next destination is the remarkable MY SON Sanctuary, where we will uncover the rich history, culture, and astonishing architectural artistry of the Champa civilization. Finally, we will ensure your safe return to the town by traversing scenic country roads, concluding our memorable journey together.
Hoi An Ancient Town
To start our day, we’ll have Vietnamese coffee at a local coffee shop hidden in an alley in town. Mention Vietnam to anyone, and the conversation might conjure up a few things – the beautiful scenery, the tragic war, the chaotic, thrilling big cities. But as someone who has spent much time traveling through Vietnam, there’s one thing for me that stands out as synonymous with the country, and that’s the burgeoning coffee culture that has taken hold. All the interesting stories of coffee will be told by our guides.
My Son Sanctuary
If you're into history and culture, follow me to ancient Hindu temples where we can learn about a lost kingdom in Central Vietnam which was not so long ago, and discover its culture and its history.
Phuoc Kieu Village
We're having a quick glimpse of a traditional village which is famous for the traditional craft of casting gongs and bronze products for hundreds of years. After that, we will immerse ourselves into local lives by zig-zagging through the countryside villages with rivers, paddy fields, and so on.
