Inform the spa of any medical conditions or allergies prior to treatment.
We respectfully ask that you turn off your cell phone or place it on silent mode to preserve the tranquility of the Spa experience.
Smoking and alcohol are not permitted anywhere in the Spa.
Children under 16 years old are not permitted to use our Spa services.
Lockers are provided for personal items. However, we recommend leaving all jewelry and valuables at home or securing them in your room.
Please notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A 50% charge of the total service fee will apply for cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled time. A 100% charge will apply for no-shows or cancellations without prior notice.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
