• An additional fee of $1 per kilometer is charged for distances beyond 100 km (half-day option), or 200 km (full-day option)
• An additional tariff of $10 is charged per hour over the booked time
• Sightseeing at the Bach Ma National Park is optional and subject to an additional fee of $25 or VND575 per trip
• Pay any additional fees to your driver in US Dollars or Vietnamese Dong
• Please wait in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time
• For pickup in other locations, the driver will be holding a sign with your name on it
• Drivers will wait no longer than 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
• Please provide the local supplier with your exact pickup location in advance
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
