• Tickets are based on height, please be advised that guests who do not meet their ticket's height requirements may be denied entry into the park
• Infants (free of charge): travelers under 100 cm in height
• Child ticket: travelers 100 - 140 cm in height
• Adult ticket: travelers over 140 cm in height
• For ticket verification, the traveler must provide the operator with all traveler's passport details by email/Whatsapp.
• The operator will issue the ticket under the guest's passport information. You must bring your passport/ID card to verify at the check-in counter. Please be advised that guests who do not meet the requirements may be denied entry into the park without refund.

Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
