Day 0: Hanoi to Ha Giang City (300km)
The adventure begins with an overnight sleeper bus departing from Hanoi’s Old Quarter

Day 1: Ha Giang City – Quan Ba – Yen Minh – Dong Van (135km)
After breakfast at the hostel, Begin the journey through the famous Ha Giang Loop.
Bac Sum Pass: Starting the adventure with this winding pass, you’ll get stunning views of the terraced rice fields and surrounding hills.
Quan Ba Heaven Gate: A panoramic viewpoint offering incredible views of the valleys below.
Quan Ba Twin Mountains: Also known as “Fairy Bosom,” these uniquely shaped twin hills are surrounded by lush green rice fields.
Can Ty Pass: Continuing through this pass, you’ll be treated to spectacular views of mountains and valleys, with local villages nestled among them.
Yen Minh Town (Lunch Break): Stop for lunch and rest in this peaceful town.
Tham Ma Pass: This section of the road is known for its sharp curves and scenic beauty. It’s a favorite spot for photos.
Hmong King’s Palace: A historical site that was once home to the Hmong King. It features unique architecture and provides insight into the local culture and history.
Arrival in Dong Van Town: You’ll check into a homestay or hotel in Dong Van Town, a charming spot nestled between karst mountains. After freshening up, have dinner

Day 2: Dong Van – Ma Pi Leng Pass – Du Gia Village (110km)
Start the day with breakfast in Dong Van Town. If it’s the weekend, you’ll have the opportunity to visit the Dong Van Sunday Market
Sky Pass: As you ascend this pass, you’ll be treated to even more breathtaking mountain views.
Ma Pi Leng Pass: Known as one of the four most beautiful passes in Vietnam, Ma Pi Leng offers awe-inspiring views of towering limestone cliffs and the winding Nho Que River below.
After lunch, continue toward Du Gia Village.
Sa Li Pass: Another scenic pass, this route offers winding roads surrounded by lush green hills and forests.
Lung Ho Viewpoint: One of the most beautiful spots to stop and take in the stunning landscape
Du Gia Waterfall: Upon reaching Du Gia Village, take a break at the local waterfall, a peaceful and refreshing spot to cool down.
Arrival in Du Gia Village:
You’ll arrive at Du Gia Village in the late afternoon and check into a traditional homestay with the Tay ethnic group.
Day 3: Du Gia – Lung Tam Village – Ha Giang City (120km)
8:00 AM: Wake up to a simple yet hearty breakfast in the homestay, surrounded by the towering mountains of Du Gia.
Du Gia Market (Saturday): If your visit falls on a Saturday
Duong Thuong Viewpoint: After leaving the village, you’ll ride to this scenic viewpoint, which offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
Lunch in Thai An Village:
Stop for a leisurely lunch in Thai An Village, a quiet rural area, before beginning the last leg of your journey back to Ha Giang City.
Enjoy more spectacular views as you ride through Thai An – Thuan Hoa – Ha Giang City
Arrive back in Hanoi’s Old Quarter
