Photo ID is required for entry, bring a valid ID with you.
The audio guide is available in English, Spanish, Italian, French, German, and Chinese. It’s a downloadable app, so make sure your phone is charged, and don’t forget your headphones!
Late arrivals may miss the experience, so please be punctual.
Timed entry applies to the Colosseum only, while tickets for the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill are valid for 24 hours after your Colosseum entry time.
Security checks may be 30 minutes or more. For a quicker process, place all items, including your phone, into your bag or tray for the X-ray.

Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes in advance of starting time for check in. Due to the Colosseum's strict entry regulations, late arrivals cannot be guaranteed entrance.
Not sure how to reach us? Head to the terrace above the “Colosseo” Metro Station. Look for the pedestrian bridge to cross over. Once on the bridge, face the Colosseum and walk up the street to the left. You’ll see purple flags outside our office, and our team will be wearing purple shirts.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
