The balloon ride consists of 16-20 passengers
The maximum weight limit for 1 adult is 120 KG, any passengers above this weight will be charged double
Car transfers occur in groups unless a private transfer is requested
Children must remain under parental supervision at all times

All passengers must sign a self-declaration/indemnity form before takeoff

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
