Rafting grade depends on water levels. High water Dec-Jul: grade 3-4. Low water Aug-Nov: grade 4-5. All guests must sign liability waiver before trip. Swimming ability required. Tour operates in most weather conditions. Trip may be modified for safety due to severe weather or unsafe river conditions. Guides reserve the right to refuse participation to any guest deemed unfit or who fails to follow safety instructions. Minimum 4 guests required or tour may be cancelled with full refund. Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Bring: swimsuit, towel, dry clothes, sunscreen, secure footwear. No flip-flops. Lockers not available. Valuables stored in dry bags at your own risk.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
