Upon arrival, head to Hermanus New Harbour, where you will prepare for your whale-watching boat adventure. Step aboard a dedicated whale-watching vessel and head out onto the Atlantic Ocean in search of the magnificent marine life that makes this coastline so special.

During the boat trip, keep your eyes open for Southern Right whales, especially during whale season, as well as other marine life that may be encountered along the coast. Depending on the conditions and wildlife activity, you may also have the opportunity to see dolphins, seals and a variety of seabirds.

You can also take a leisurely walk along part of the famous Hermanus Cliff Path, where spectacular ocean views and opportunities for land-based whale watching can be enjoyed during whale season.

This part of the experience gives you time to discover Hermanus beyond the boat trip and experience the town's relaxed coastal atmosphere.

Once your town visit is complete, meet your guide and begin the scenic journey back to Cape Town.
