Created by local experts with deep knowledge of celiac-safe dining, it offers a relaxed and authentic way to experience Rome’s most iconic flavors in carefully selected gluten-free venues, including partners certified by the Italian Celiac Association (AIC).

Your experience begins in Piazza Navona, one of Rome’s most beautiful historic squares, where you’ll enjoy a traditional Italian espresso near the Sant’Eustachio area. From there, continue toward the Pantheon to taste creamy, artisanal gluten-free gelato made with natural ingredients and traditional techniques.

The tour then explores classic Roman street food, including crispy pizza al taglio and supplì, prepared in certified gluten-free kitchens that follow strict procedures to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. Your guide carefully coordinates each stop so you can enjoy Rome’s food culture with confidence and peace of mind.

The experience concludes in Campo de’ Fiori with a rich, gluten-free tiramisù, Italy’s most beloved dessert — the perfect sweet ending to your culinary walk through the historic center.
