Learn the essential steps of traditional praline making, including decorating the molds, molding the chocolate shells, preparing a fresh ganache, filling your pralines, and finally closing them with chocolate. Work with ethical, bean-to-bar chocolate, made directly in a Brussels laboratory from carefully selected cacao origins. Depending on your preference, work with dark or milk chocolate.
Make and decorate 4 chocolate lollipops to take home. Enjoy a guided tasting of dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and pure 100% cacao, allowing you to discover the remarkable differences in flavor and intensity.
