In Wyk, many attractions attract guests at any time of the year: 100-year-old spa park, spa promenade with a unique view of the Halligen, 15 kilometers of fine sandy beach right by the harbour, historic town center with small, dreamy streets and quaint pubs, fish market (Sundays), boutiques and shops.
A special highlight in Wyk is the weekly fish market (Sundays April - mid-October)
In the Frisian Museum you can embark on a journey of discovery into bygone times.
The Museum Kunst der Westküste in Alkersum exhibits over 500 paintings and graphic works about life on the North Sea coast.

Boarding & disembarking the ship: The gangway of the ship is wide enough to push a person in a wheelchair across. Depending on the water level, it may be that boarding and disembarking takes place on different decks, which means that a staircase has to be negotiated to the other deck.
Moving around the ship: A small threshold must be overcome to get into the interior. Stairs must be climbed between the different decks.
Toilet: not barrier-free
Other: On trips to Amrum, you may have to climb a small flight of stairs at the island's jetty at low tide.
