Xi’an was the former Chinese Capital sites for 13 dynasties, in which the Tang Dynasty(Reign from 618 to 907) was the most powerful and prosperous, the Tang Empire's capital Chang’an (the former name of Xi’an) was the biggest international metropolis in the world. The Great Tang Dynasty Show unfold's the prosperity before your eyes. The show has 5 scenes telling the story of Wu Ze Tian, the only-ever Empress. Through her life story, the audience will also get to learn about the culture, military history, and religion of the Tang Dynasty.

The Tang Dynasty Show is performed everyday at the Tang Dynasty Music Palace in Xi'an, which is a large-scale theatre with characteristic catering. The theater located on the first floor of the palace covers 2700 square meters, including an 820 square meter stage and a dining area which allows about 650 dining seats.

It is a popular evening show in Xi'an, you are suggested to book the tickets in advance. The booking information is sent to you at least one day before the show starts. Please provide your names, passport numbers when you book. The shows usually starts at 7:30 PM and you are suggested to get there 30 minutes in advance. You can also choose to have a dumpling dinner before the show.

PLEASE BE NOTED THAT: booking confirmation can be as late as 12:00 on the day for the show in low travel season (January to March). For example: if you book the show on January 10th, we won't confirm the availability until 12:00 on the day.
