See ritual axes (Yue), ceremonial symbols of military or royal authority, and the Shang Yang Measuring Vessel (Warring States), with inscriptions proving the standardization of weights and measures during Shang Yang’s reforms.

Marvel at the Zhong of Marquis Su of Jin (Western Zhou), a set of 16 bells with long inscriptions recording royal campaigns, and the Zi Zhong Jiang Pan (Spring and Autumn), an early mechanical marvel with movable birds and frogs, cast by the lost-wax method.
