Customers cancel up to 24 hours before the tour start time and receive a full refund. Any 30+ min pre-activity time change or removal/replacement of a core stop gives a full refund.
If the start time is changed by 30 minutes or more, customers will receive a full refund. If the tour is canceled for any reason, customers will receive a full refund regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
A truly minor changes: no core stop removal/replacement and pre-activity time changes under 30 minutes, such as a slight route adjustment, a different stop with a similar experience, or a timing change within the same day, the tour will continue.
If customers do not accept a proposed major itinerary change, they are entitled to a full refund.
The meeting point is Sai Kung Public School, 30 Po Tung Road, Sai Kung. It is easy to find in Sai Kung town centre and is located right next to the Sai Kung Tin Hau Temple Complex, a well-known local landmark. Customers arriving by public transport can get off at the Sai Kung Town Hall bus/minibus stop and walk a short distance to the school. If arriving by taxi, simply ask the driver to drop you at Sai Kung Public School, next to Sai Kung Tin Hau Temple. The guide will be waiting at the school entrance wearing a visible tour uniform or branded shirt and holding a sign with the tour name, making it easy to recognize them.
