Knowledge and experience of riding an MTB bike. The Program is lightweight and technically undemanding for up to 5 hours. Distance is 32 km (29 km asphalt and 3 km gravel) with a total climb of 320 m. You must know how to ride a MTB bike and can drive it for adults of at least 18 years.
