Our wine experience in Stuttgart kicks off with a champagne reception in the "Sektbunker," an atmospheric World War bunker with sprawling corridors and an impressive history. Here, by candlelight, the reception champagne is served, which matures there in the bottle for a full year according to the traditional champagne method. A sparkling start with tangible history and exciting insights into the art of champagne production.

Then we move to the large wooden barrel cellar, the atmospheric heart of the wine factory. Surrounded by overhead wooden barrels and the scent of the attached wine press, three excellent Stuttgart wines are served at the large table. Each is accompanied by olfactory scent samples, matching snacks, and exciting information.

Besides checking out the barrels where the Stuttgart wines mature to perfection, you'll also watch a video about the background to the cultivation and processing of the grapes, with commentary from your host. A look into the "treasure chamber" of the wine manufactory reveals the special bottlings archived there.
