Detailed program:

1. Day: Arrival in Quito in the afternoon. Private transfer with spanish speaking driver to your Hotel in Quito. Overnight at Ikala Hotel, or similar.

2. Day: With your private english speaking Driverguide you visit the colonial old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You climb the tower of the Cathedral Basilica, and visit the golden Jesuit Church "La Compañía", and the Monastery of San Francisco. In the afternoon you go to the equator at the “Mitad del Mundo”, where you visit the ethnological museum. Overnight at Ikala Hotel, or similar.

3. Day: You will drive south along the “Avenue of the Volcanoes” to the enchanted Quilotoa Lagoon at almost 4000 m. Here you hike to the lake and can swim in the cold water, or rent a kayak. In the afternoon you travel to Baños de Agua Santa. Overnight at Hotel La Floresta, or similar.

4. Day: Today you will explore the Pastaza valley with its waterfalls. You take short hikes over adventurous suspension bridges, and take a cable car ride over the gorge at the “Manto de la Novia” and “Pailón del Diablo” waterfalls. From the amazing “Casa del Árbol” you can see the Tungurahua volcano (5023 m). At night you can relax in the public hot springs. Overnight at Hotel La Floresta, or similar.

5. Day: Earl in the morning you will travel to the first refuge of the Chimborazo Wildlife Reserve and from there you will climb in 1 hour to the Condor Lagoon at almost 5100 meters. Chimborazo with its 6268 meters is not only the highest mountain in Ecuador, but also the place where the earth is closest to the sun. Overnight at the famous Hacienda La Cienega, where already Alexander von Humboldt stayed.

6. Day: Today you go to Cotopaxi National Park. From the parking lot, you will hike up to the refuge at 4864m in about 45 minutes. After the descent, you will go to the Limpiopungo Lagoon, which you will walk around in about 90 minutes. Here you can see different birds and wild horses. After visiting the park's interpretation center, you travel back to Quito. Overnight at Ikala Hotel, or similar.

7. Day: After breakfast your private driver brings you to the airport, where you take the flight back home, or start a fantastic Galápagos Island Hopping Program, to make your Ecuador trip a perfect experience.
