Tasting of 5 rare and unusual champagnes

Freshness and minerality. Our best champagnes will be served in high-end glasses, including the prestigious Millésime de Collection. Enjoy this careful selection of our cuvées, made without malolactic fermentation or filtration, but with a strong and unique personality:

Cuvée Trianon
Millésime 'Blanc de Blancs', at least 10 years old
Rosé de Saignée
Vintage Collection, at least 12 years old!

Gourmet pâtés en croûte, surprising and refined, will accompany the tasting. They'll reveal original pairings, inspiring you to explore new combinations at home. If a flavor doesn't suit you, or if you're allergic to a food, we can adjust your offer with our other options.

Each participant will leave with a little souvenir, perfect for keeping the bubbles of the most beautiful bottles open at home.
