Set in the heart of Faugères AOP, we offer more than just a tasting – we invite you to journey into the world of winemaking with the passionate guidance of our dynamic Australian-Irish husband and wife team.

Fluent in both English and French, we ensure every guest feels at home as we lead you through our vineyards and cellar, sharing insights into our sustainable viticulture practices and the unique terroir that shapes each bottle.
