Founded in 2015 by the Tbilisi State Chamber Orchestra (Georgian Sinfonietta), the festival emerged after the orchestra acquired authentic period instruments in 2012—the first ensemble in the Caucasus to do so. This milestone prompted the establishment of the festival, aiming to promote historically informed performances and introduce audiences to the textures and ornamentation central to Baroque music.

Experience the music of legendary composers such as Bach, Vivaldi, Scarlatti, Corelli, and Telemann, performed by top-tier musicians using period instruments for true Baroque authenticity. Holding true to its origin, the festival regularly features renowned international artists—soloists, ensembles, and conductors—from Europe and beyond, alongside the Georgian Sinfonietta. The festival marks significant occasions—for instance, the 10th anniversary in 2024 featured a Venetian Baroque-themed opening and a "Georgian and European Sacred Music" concert with Italian opera singers.
