Experience Stuttgart in a new and exciting way. Your adventure begins at Schlossplatz, where you will be personally welcomed by historian Michael Mezger. After a short introduction, you will receive your puzzle book with all the clues. With this in hand, you will set off into the streets, alleys, and squares of the city to solve exciting tasks. Each station will take you to historical sites, connecting the present and the past and allowing you to rediscover Stuttgart with fresh eyes.

As you walk around, you will notice how history comes to life through surprising stories and facts about Württemberg and Stuttgart that are so often overlooked. You will solve a variety of puzzles – logic tasks, codes to crack, creative tasks – sometimes you will puzzle over the book, sometimes you will find clues on buildings and in squares. There is no stress, just genuine discovery at your own pace, outdoors in the fresh air, without having to rush.

The game is suitable for everyone aged 12 and up; younger participants are welcome as long as they are curious and attentive. It is ideal for families, groups of friends, companies, or school classes—alone, in pairs, or in larger groups of up to 30 people. For large groups, we divide you into teams so that you can experience the same adventure in parallel but stay together on the way.

The itinerary takes you through downtown Stuttgart, to places you are sure to know and to hidden gems you might never have found. The paths are mostly barrier-free, stroller-friendly, and comfortable—a few steps can be avoided. Please bring comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and a charged smartphone with an internet connection. You will receive the puzzle book and all materials on site.

At the end, you will return to Schlossplatz. There we will exchange impressions and you will reflect on what you have discovered and solved. You will not only take home beautiful memories and stories, but also a new understanding of Stuttgart – historically grounded, excitingly told, and experienced together.
