See some of the most intricate stone carvings at the Belur temple.
Climb a 640-step hill to awe at the inspiring Bahubali.
Walk through Coffee plantation. See, smell, touch & taste a few spice plants.
The driver will pick you up from the hotel, preferably after your breakfast. Drive to Shravanabelagola, an important Jain pilgrimage centre, where you can climb a 640- step hill to see the World's tallest monolithic statue of Babubali carved in-situ in 981 AD. Next, drive to Belur where you will have your Vegetarian lunch. Then, you will visit the Channakeshava temple of Belur built in 12 CE. After this, you will drive to the Coffee plantation where you will not only learn about the history of coffee in the region but also learn about its life cycle. You will also get to touch and taste various spice plants grown in the region such as pepper, clove, ginger, turmeric, all-spice, curry leaves, etc. The driver will then drive you to Bangalore to your hotel. While the driver is with you throughout, guides will join you at the respective places of visit. For this tour you must dress in a way to cover your legs and shoulders. You should also carry extra socks and rainwear.
