Inside our boutique BioTigullio5Terre, specialized in authentic products from Tigullio, Cinque Terre and the Genovesato, you will enjoy a private tasting of one of Italy’s rarest sparkling wines: the Giulio F56 Underwater Brut Vermentino, awarded Best Italian Classic Method 2024.

This prestigious wine is aged at more than 50 meters deep in the Portofino Marine Protected Area. Thanks to the underwater currents, the constant pressure, and the absence of light, it develops extraordinary tertiary aromas: Mediterranean herbs like rosemary and bay leaves, notes of cedar, bergamot, pink grapefruit, and mandarin, all enhanced by a fine, persistent perlage.

During the experience, a full bottle will be opened and served at the ideal temperature (10–12 °C), paired with selected Ligurian delicacies designed to highlight its maritime character.
