A: How long can I rent the kimono for?
Q: All kimonos need to be returned before 17:00 on the same day. If you need to return the kimono the next day, there will be a 550 yen extra charge for each piece. (pay on the spot)

A: What is the duration of the dressing process?
Q: Dressing typically takes around 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the kimono style and any additional services like hairstyling. We suggest scheduling at least 2 hours for the complete dressing process and exploring the area.

A: What should I bring with me?
Q: We offer free baggage storage in our store. We provide everything you need for the kimono rental. However, we recommend wearing or bringing a simple, tight-fitting outfit to wear underneath the kimono. During winter, consider wearing a warm, tight-fitting layer to stay comfortable.

A: What happens if the kimono gets damaged or stained?
Q: Please inform our staff if any damage occurs. Depending on the extent of the damage, there may be a repair fee.

A: Are there any restrictions on who can wear the kimono?
Q: Pregnant women are prohibited from wearing kimonos as the kimono needs to be worn tightly around the belly.

Q: Does the "Photoshoot" option include actual photography service?
A: This is a pre-consultation fee only. Our team will create customized shooting proposals based on your needs, with final pricing determined after our discussion.
