• 09:15am - 09:45am: Standby for pickup from designated locations.
• Batu Caves (Photo Stop Only): Explore the iconic limestone hill with its stunning caves and colorful steps. Snap memorable photos of the towering Lord Murugan statue and the beautiful surroundings.
• Deerland Park: Get up close with charming wildlife such as deer, rabbits, peacocks, and more in this serene park (closed every Friday).
• Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary: The highlight of the tour! Visit Malaysia’s renowned National Elephant Conservation Centre to learn about elephant rescue and rehabilitation efforts.
Electric Fence Observation Area: Watch elephants in their natural habitat.
Baby Elephant Area: Experience close interactions with adorable baby elephants (subject to their health conditions).
Auditorium: Enjoy a translocation video showcasing the sanctuary’s conservation efforts.
• Lunch: A simple and refreshing meal to recharge before the activities.
• Sanctuary Activities: Guided by the Elephant Park Guide (weather and river conditions apply):
Riverside: Witness or participate in bathing sessions with adult elephants alongside their mahouts (dependent on water levels).
Stage Area: Enjoy an informative show featuring adult elephants and their mahouts, sharing fascinating insights.
Baby Elephant Area: Get up close to baby elephants for a heartwarming experience (based on their health conditions).
• 5:30pm: Depart back to Kuala Lumpur with drop-off at the same locations as pickup.
The timeline and order of activities are not fixed and is subjected to weather conditions, human traffic and may be rearranged to best meet operational needs

• Elephant bathing session is subject to availability. Please make reservations directly upon arrival at the Sanctuary. The session will be canceled in cases of bad weather or high river water levels
• Elephant bathing fee is payable at your own expense (RM40/Adult and RM20/Child , payable directly at the sanctuary)
• All the implementation of activities in the elephant sanctuary depends on the water level of the river and also the current weather. If the river water level is high and there is heavy rain, no activities will be carried out.
• The Deerland Park may close without notice. There will be no compensation or alternative for the closure
• This SIC itinerary vehicle is arranged according to the number of participants on the day (car/van/bus)
• Please make sure your mobile phone number is active and able to contacted during the travel period
• It is recommended that you make preparations to prevent if you have motion sickness, so as not to affect your pleasant journey.
