Entrance tickets are personal, non-refundable, and cannot be changed to another date or name according to the Ministry of Culture regulations.

The bus service operates between Aguas Calientes and the main entrance of Machu Picchu (round trip).
Food, drinks, plastic bottles, and bathrooms are not available inside the archaeological site.
