From Huaraz || Expedition Corrdillera Blanca 11 4D 3N

Experience the magic of Huaraz and the Cordillera Blanca: pristine air, vast valleys, ancient culture, snow-capped peaks, and turquoise lagoons await your exploration.
Day 1:
- Morning arrival and reception at the bus terminal, followed by transfer to your hotel for breakfast and preparation for the tour.
- Departure at 8:30 a.m. towards the southern part of Huaraz, passing through Recuay and Catac, then taking the detour to Callejón de los Conchucos.
- First stop at Querococha Lagoon (4200m) for views of the Andean landscapes.
- Continue with a 2.5-hour journey to visit the magnificent Archaeological Center of Chavín, one of the oldest monuments in the Andes of Peru.
- Enjoy a tourist lunch at a selected restaurant.
- Conclude the Chavín tour with a visit to the National Museum of Chavín.
- Return to Huaraz for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2:
- After breakfast, depart between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
- Enter Huascarán National Park and view Peru's highest mountain, Huascarán (6768 meters above sea level).
- Visit the ancient city buried by the 1970 Yungay-Campo Santo earthquake and avalanche, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- Ascend to Chinancocha Lagoon in Llanganuco for a boat ride.
- Descend and visit Caraz to explore and purchase local handicrafts.
- Return to Huaraz via the artisans' town of Taricá.

Day 3:
- Depart after breakfast between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
- Head south of Huaraz to the Carpa sector, visiting Patococha Lagoon known for wild ducks and natural gasified waters.
- Continue to Pumapa Shimi, a lake with seven endless colors, and explore the Puyas Raymondi forest, representative of the Andes.
- Visit Pastoruri Glacier for photos and exploration of its frozen lagoon and ice walls.
- Return to Huaraz for overnight stay.

Day 4:
- Departure between 5:00 a.m. and 5:15 a.m. to Llanganuco Valley by vehicle, passing through Huascarán National Park checkpoint and ascending through zigzagging roads.
- Stop at Chinancocha and Orconcocha Lagoons before proceeding to Cebollapampa, the starting point for the Laguna 69 hike.
- Trek to Laguna 69, a 3-hour hike below Chacraraju mountain.
- Return trek of approximately 2 hours to Cebollapampa, where transportation awaits for return to Huaraz.
- End of tour between 6:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., farewell to the group, and transfer to the terminal for return to Lima or another city.
