Day 1: Puno, Chivay, and La Calera Hot Springs

Get picked up from your hotel in Puno, then head toward Chivay.

Visit Lagunillas lagoon, Patahuasi, and Pampa Cañahuas along the way. Get a chance to observe Andean animals, including herds of “vicuñas,” a type of Andean camelid.

Upon arrival in Chivay, get a transfer to your hotel. Optionally, have lunch at the hotel or at one of the restaurants at the main square.

Later, get picked from your hotel to visit La Calera Hot Springs (optional). At night, enjoy a dinner accompanied by a folkloric show.

Day 2: Cruz del Condor, Colca Canyon, and Arequipa

In the morning, get picked up from your hotel to travel to Colca Canyon.

Arrive at Mirador Cruz del Condor, one of the best lookouts to see the impressive depth of Colca Canyon and the spectacular flight of the condor. Walk around with your guide and group.

Later, return to Chivay and get free time for lunch. Then, depart to Arequipa and get dropped off at the main square or at a hotel around it.
