Cusco is more than a special destination! As you will discover during four days visiting the Imperial city, the impressive archaeological remains, the citadel of Cusco and the mountain of Machu Picchu
Day 1: Arrival in Cusco
Arrive at the Cusco airport and enjoy a comfortable transfer to your hotel.

° Accommodation included: 1 night in Cusco.
Day 2: Cusco: City Tour & Nearby Achaeological Sites
Breakfast at the hotel. The tour starts with a visit to Santo Domingo Convent, a large Renaissance-baroque complex, which was built over the Inca Coricancha temple. Then, visit the Cathedral, the most imposing monument of the Main Square. You will be transferred to the hills above Cusco to visit the remains of the fortress of Sacsayhuamán, whose imposing ramparts offer a stunning panoramic view of Cusco, the ruins of the temple and amphitheatre of Qenqo, where it is believed the Incas practiced agricultural rituals. Admire Qenqo and then finally visit Puka Pukara. Afterwards, return to your hotel.

Day 3: Cusco - Machu Picchu - Cusco
The day's excursion begins as you take the train to the town of Aguas Calientes, the last populated settlement before you reach the most important archaeological site in the country. A short bus ride brings you to Machu Picchu itself, where the terraces and mostly intact stone buildings show off a masterpiece of engineering amid the mountains. Lunch is served at a café in Aguas Calientes ahead of the journey back to Cusco.

Day 4: Cusco Depature
A transportation service will take you to Cusco’s airport for your departure from the city.

° Carry the same document that you presented to the agency, given that the train tickets and entrance to Machu Picchu will be issued with the same information.

° Keep in mind, that either Circuit 2 or 3 will be assigned upon availability to Machu Picchu.
