From Cusco: Full-day Quad Bike Excursion to Laguna Qorisonqo

Enjoy a unique experience touring the Ausangate Mountain on quad bikes, the highest mountain in Cusco and the fifth highest in Peru.
This adventure will take you through spectacular landscapes, surrounded by imposing peaks, glacial lagoons, and high Andean communities.
1. We'll pick you up from your accommodation at 4:00 a.m.
We'll start the day by picking you up from your accommodation at 4:00 a.m. and heading to the town of Cusipata.
2. Andean buffet breakfast in Cusipata.
Once we arrive in Cusipata, we'll stop to enjoy a nutritious Andean buffet breakfast, with local products that will fill you with energy to start the adventure.
3. Induction and preparation for the route – 15 minutes
After breakfast, the professional guide will give you a safety briefing and a short explanation of how to ride the quad bikes, the rules during the tour, and details of the route.
4. Start of the quad bike tour – 2 hours of adventure
We'll set off on a quad bike ride to the Ausangate mountain, crossing high roads with breathtaking views of mountains, valleys, and Andean communities. The route takes about 2 hours, surrounded by unspoiled nature and wildlife like llamas, alpacas, and vicuñas.
5. Walk to the lagoons and viewpoint
We'll start a moderate 40 to 50-minute hike to get closer to the Ausangate mountain and its beautiful turquoise high Andean lagoons. This hike lets you connect more intimately with the landscape and offers spectacular views of the snow-capped mountain.
6. Check out the Ausangate mountain and its lagoons
During the hike, you'll get a close-up view of the Ausangate mountain, which is considered sacred by the local communities. You'll also get to see the turquoise lagoon.
7. Free time for photos and videos
You'll have plenty of time to take photos, record videos, and enjoy the scenery.
8. Buffet lunch in Cusipata – approx. 2:00 p.m.
After returning by quad bike, we'll head back to Cusipata to enjoy a buffet lunch.
9. Return to the city of Cusco – approx. 3:00 p.m.
We'll wrap up this unforgettable experience at the Ausangate mountain by quad bike, combining adventure, culture, and unique landscapes of deep Peru.
