Discover two of Peru's most precious treasures on a 2-day tour from Cusco. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Machu Picchu and the Rainbow Mountain. Benefit from comfortable transportation and explore these two iconic sites without interruptions.

Day 1:

Begin with an early morning pickup from the meeting point in the Historic Center of Cusco. Travel by bus to the town of Ollantaytambo, where you will board the train to the town closest to Machu Picchu, Aguas Calientes. Relax and enjoy the wonderful landscape during the entire journey.

Upon arrival at the Aguas Calientes train station, meet the tour representative who will be waiting for you with a sign and your name. Feel the excitement and anticipation as you board the bus that will take you to Machu Picchu.

Meet your guide at the entrance gate of Machu Picchu and embark on a guided exploration of this fascinating ancient city perched high on a steep mountain. Take in the panoramic views that surround you and learn more about the fascinating and mysterious history of one of the great wonders of the world.

After about 3 hours at Machu Picchu, return to Aguas Calientes for a tasty lunch. Then, enjoy free time to explore the town of Aguas Calientes before boarding the train back to Ollantaytambo, followed by a bus transfer back to Cusco. Arrive at approximately 8:30 PM.

Day 2:

The next day, rise early for a pickup from the meeting point in Cusco. Travel south of Cusco by bus to the town of Tintinco, in the district of Cusipata, where you will stop for breakfast.

Arrive at the entrance point to the start of the trail, and walk along the trail to the Rainbow Mountain. Upon arrival, be amazed by the vibrant colors of the mountain, and learn a little about its formation from your guide. Enjoy free time to stroll around and take some fantastic photos.

After the excursion, return to the town of Tintinco for a delicious buffet lunch at a picturesque restaurant. Relax on the return trip to Cusco, where you will be dropped off near the main square in the early afternoon.
