Day 1: Sacred Valley Tour and Alpaca Lodge
The valley between Pisac and Ollantaytambo is known as the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Drive through the mountains of the Sacred Valley, visiting the archaeological sites of Pisac, Ollantaytambo, and Chinchero.

The valley has a milder climate and is at a lower altitude than Cusco. See a succession of picturesque towns, ancient Inca terraces, and the most important archaeological sites. Spend the night at the Alpaca Lodge.

Day 2: Llama and Alpaca Trek
Embark on a llama and alpaca trek in the Sacred Valley. Walk through the Andes, passing by fields, glaciers, and a crystal-clear lagoon. Learn about the local flora and fauna from your guide.

Stop for a picnic lunch in a pristine natural setting. After lunch, visit the women's weaving cooperative in Chinchero. See a demonstration of traditional Inca weaving techniques.

Watch as the women dye alpaca fiber and weave traditional patterns. The local community has used their internationally renowned weaving skills to regenerate the village.

Browse the shop to buy souvenirs such as Inca-style wallets, colorful tablecloths, and wall tapestries. Return to your hotel in Cusco at the end of the tour.
