Dare to live an unforgettable adventure in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon, departing from the imperial city of Cusco, where wild nature awaits you with open arms.
This 5-day trip "From the Andes to the Amazon" offers a deep immersion into the nature and culture of Peru.

DAY 1: CUSCO - CLOUD FOREST - DORADO LODGE.
You will be picked up in Cusco to ascend to the high mountain and visit the pre-Inca cemetery of Ninamarca. We continue to Paucartambo, a world famous tourist town. Then, we descend to the cloud forest, where we look for the national bird, the Rupicola peruviana. Finally, we arrive at the Dorado Lodge to spend the night.

Day 2: DORADO LODGE - RESERVED ZONE - MATSIGUENKA HOUSE.
We navigate the Alto Madre de Dios River towards the Manu National Park, with opportunities to observe jaguars, capybaras, tapirs, monkeys, birds and reptiles. We arrive at the Matsiguenka House to spend time with native families.

Day 3: COCHA SALVADOR AND COCHA OTORONGO.
We explore the "Cocha Salvador" by catamaran, observing giant otters and birds. Walk through the primary forests and visit Cocha Otorongo Lake to observe wildlife from a tower. Return to Casa Matsiguenka.

Day 4: MATSIGUENKA HOUSE -DORADO LODGE - COLLPA DE TAPIR.
Return by boat on the Manu River, observing again the wildlife. We visit the native community of Diamante to support them by buying their products. Overnight at Dorado Lodge and an optional night walk is offered.

Day 5: DORADO LODGE - PARROT LICK - CUSCO.
We visit the parrot and macaw clay lick to observe birds eating clay. Return to the lodge for breakfast and return by 4x4 van, observing flora and fauna. We visit a hummingbird and orchid garden. Return to Cusco, ending the adventure.
