Board a leisurely cruise on an open sightseeing boat along the city's canals and to the river Säveån. The river is sometimes referred to as Gothenburg's Amazonas with it's rich nature and fauna.
The two hour long cruise is operated with one of the popular open sightseeing boats called Paddan. Start from Kungsportsplatsen and cruise the narrow city canals and then continue through the harbor to the river outlet of Säveån.
On the way your guide will point out both city landmarks and popular attractions.
Säveån is sometimes referred to as Gothenburg's Amazonas with it's rich nature and fauna. If you are lucky you can get a glimpse of a beaver sorting out branches for it's nest. Bird lovers will also find this area attractive as the lush environment is a popular hideout for many birds.
