5-Day Safari to Remember into the Wilderness

This tour takes you to Tarangire, Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro. See the Big Five and other animals up close, and take photos of the beautiful landscapes of Tanzania.
Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Early in the morning, you are picked up from your accommodation and given lunch boxes as you begin the stunning trek to Tarangire National Park. The vast herds of elephants in Tarangire National Park are a well-known feature. You will witness a range of environments, including savannas and seasonal marshes. In the meanwhile, the Tarangire River meanders through the parklands. You could spot leopards lounging in the woods above and a lion chasing its prey. After the wildlife drives are completed, you will be taken back to your lodge so you can unwind, have supper, and spend the night at Marera Valley Lodge.

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, you depart for Lake Manyara National Park. The journey includes a game drive and carried lunch boxes. Once the game drive is complete, you will be driven back to the lodge to relax and stay overnight at Marera Valley Lodge. Lake Manyara National Park is famous for its arboreal lions, which hide among tree branches. You will also see numerous troops of baboons living in the forest, accompanying you along the road from the moment you enter the park.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you will depart for Serengeti National Park on a game drive and enjoy lunch at a suitable place inside the park. We will continue the game drive activity in the afternoon before reaching the Central Serengeti Luxury Camp. You spend the following day inside the park on game drives. Serengeti National Park is well-known for its great migrating herds of zebra, antelope, and wildebeest. However, be ready to see resident predators such as leopards, cheetahs, and lions fulfilling their role in the circle of life.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro
You will wake up early and enjoy a magical game drive in Serengeti National Park before you depart in the afternoon to Ngorongoro. Your accommodation in Tortilis Ngorongoro Camp for the night inside the Ngorongoro Crater. Early the following morning, you descend into the crater for game viewing. Early mornings are the best time to see animals as they are more active in the morning than in the rest of the day.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater and Transfer Back to Arusha
After breakfast, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. Once you finish the game drive, you are transported to Arusha, where your safari concludes. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is an area that constitutes the largest uninterrupted caldera in the world and one of the natural wonders of Africa. About 30,000 large mammals are resident all year round (such as buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos), and a wide variety of birds (such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards). So be ready to see many animals here within a short time.
